Keer Glass Foundry
ABOUT US
Keer Glass Foundry is a glass fabrication firm serving artists, architects, designers, and other industry professionals. Since 1986, we've dedicated ourselves to creating our clients' ideas in glass—not resting until we've achieved the highest level of quality possible. Blowing, casting, fabricating, fusing, slumping, machining; our craftsmen are skilled in every technique in the glass arena. We’ve taken on a broad range of assignments including custom lamps for the Frank Lloyd Wright Meyer May house, advertising props for Proctor and Gamble’s Pepto-Bismol campaign, unique glass blocks for the Vietnam Veteran’s Memorial in New York City, restoration of the US Coast Guard's Hyper-radial lighthouse lens in Hawaii, and the installation of a two story atrium sculpture for Bloomberg corporate headquarters.
For artwork, advertising, awards, architecture, lighting and furniture; At Keer, we succeed when our client’s designs are captured in glass.
our beginning
We started out in 1986 as Keer Design in a 4200 square foot industrial building in Providence, Rhode Island. Specialty work was then, as it is now, an essential aspect of the work we did in the early years. We also had a line of residential glassware, furniture and lighting. In 1987 we purchased a 9000 square foot building in Central Falls, Rhode Island which currently houses our main fabrication facility. The residential line was discontinued in 1988 and since then our main activity has been custom fabrication. In 2002 we changed our name to Keer Glass Foundry to reflect the more industrial focus of our business.
